SIRI


Three ex-securities traders were convicted on Monday on all counts of fraud and conspiracy to execute insider trading on awaiting mergers, in another success for prosecutors in their investigation of doubtful trading on Wall Street.
Two Brothers Zvi Goffer and Emanuel Goffer and a third trader, Michael Kimelman, their ex-partner at trading company Incremental Capital LLC, decided to go to inquiry when dozens of other insider trading defendants in the broad investigation have pleaded guilty.

Sirius XM Radio Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI) shares declined 5.75% to $1.88. Its stock has reported a 14% retreat over the first seven trading sessions present month, with no main news. Emotional trades appeared to be the major cause for the sell-off.

Its shares reported the loss of 0.45% to $2.19 with the total traded volume of 41.76 million shares.
Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSCO) jumped 0.67% to $15.22 with the total traded volume of 33.57 million shares less than average volume of 77.20 million. Its market capitalization is $83.74 billion.
Its earning per share was $1.27 with the net profit margin of 16.78% and its operating margin was 16.78%. It gained 15.81% return on equity.
Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) reported the gain of 1.54% to $24.07 with the overall traded volume of 21.87 million shares. Its total outstanding shares are 8.42 billion shares with the market capitalization of $203.06 billion.
Company’s 5 years revenue rate remained 9.45%. Its current ratio was 2.76 and debt to equity was 0.22. Its beta value stands at 1.05 times and return on investment was 32.49%.
