Kat Von D and Jesse James Split

Jesse James and Kat Von D have called off their engagement and broken up. The couple, who were set to marry this year, got together following James's messy divorce from Sandra Bullock. "I am no longer w Jesse," Von D confirmed on her Twitter account, "and out of respect for him, his family and myself, thats all the info I'd like to share. Thanks for respecting that."

James however, was willing to share a bit more. America's bad boy spoke to PEOPLE and said, 

"I'm so sad because I really love her," and revealed that distance was the reason it was not working out. Their engagement, announced in January, will not end as planned - in a late summer wedding on the one-year anniversary of when they started dating.

"I just saw them a couple nights ago together in Hollywood at The Counter and they seemed really happy," an eyewitness told RadarOnline. James was dumped by Hollywood star Sandra Bullock amid claims he had cheated on her multiple times with other women.

Von D shoots her reality show in Los Angeles, while James lives in Austin, Texas, with his three children, Chandler, 16, Jesse Jr., 14, and Sunny, 7.

It's been a whirlwind for Jesse James, the ex-husband of Oscar winner Sandra Bullock. Shortly after she won Best Actress for her role in The Blind Side, allegations started pouring out of how Jesse James cheated on her with multiple women, can I add sleazy women at best?!

Since then, he has been bashed in a negative light by the media and the paparazzi. But in a recent interview, seems like he tried to justify his actions in a more positive light. He said, "I never got one negative comment, not from anyone. The only people who said negative stuff to me were the paparazzi and they were being paid to. The media portrayed it as this huge negative thing but if anything, I got more support from everybody else, because, yes, I cheated on my wife but so do a lot of other people.

Does that mean I'm the devil? Or that I'm Satan? I don't think so. I made a mistake and I'm sorry for it but I owned up to it. I didn't lie or do any kind of BS. I did it, I made a mistake and I owned up to it and took it like a man and took all the abuse for it, which nobody does."

To make matters worse, interviewers asked him if he had forgiven himself for cheating on his wife and his response was, "Oh yeah. I'm cool." First of all, the only people who probably didn't say negative stuff were his sleazy girls and motorcycle friends which don't ask if you ask an outside source. FYI all of America does not like you and only portrays you in the media because of what you did to Sandra Bullock, not to mention laugh at how dumb you are. Jesse James can just stay a nobody for as long as I'm concerned, in his small world of nobodies.

Fussin' and Feudin' Alert™: Jesse's latest twisted insult.

I had some hope that Jesse James would slink out of the Top Ten celebrities in the tabloids, but he keeps getting the occasional mention. Now it's Us Weekly that is reporting on some new stupid way he's decided to insult the only woman he's ever been with that might keep his kids from being complete douche bags when they grow up.

This is the first time I've given Jesse and Sandy a Fussin' and Feudin' Alert™, though she has fussed and feuded with his ex. It's certainly not On The Rocks anymore.

On the rocks alert: Sandra betrayed again.

Once again, Jesse James is back on the cover of a supermarket rag and he blames Sandra Bullock for the fact he can't keep his penis in his pants. Pretty much the exact same story won Meanest Story of the Week way back in August of last year.

I didn't even think about nominating it for Meanest Story this week because it is such old news. Jesse is fading from the spotlight and the faster that happens, the better.
