Jennifer Lopez shows off her fabulous body in a bikini as she relaxes on a private yacht on Sunday (July 24) in Miami, Fla. She enjoyed the company of friends and family for her 42nd birthday over the weekend, according to People.
The newly single "American Idol" judge joined family and friends including manager Benny Medina aboard the private yacht "Never Say Never". "Thank you all of my lovers for the birthday wishes! I'm having an amazing day surrounded by family and friends," she tweeted.
Earlier that day Lopez indulged in a little retail therapy, hitting up several high-end boutiques at Bal Harbour Shops (including Hermes, Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino and Pucci). "[Jen] is jumping back into work and being a mom with all her energy and she is really excited," a Lopez friend says. "She feels like she has grown leaps and bounds and is a new person now, better than ever!"
"She was very happy. The whole group had a blast, staying for hours. They closed down the restaurant." The American Idol judge wore a high-end Emilio Pucci bikini and head scarf, paired with a white maxi skirt, as she shimmied around the boat.
