The cast of Coronation Street ditched their Underworld overalls and Roy’s Rolls pinnies for something more glamorous at the British Soap Awards.
Michelle Keegan, who won the award for Sexiest Female for the third year running, lived up to her title as she stunned in a floor length, gold, Ariella gown.
She said: “I think every one goes that extra mile for the soap awards as it only happens once a year and it’s the only time when everyone from every soap gets together and has a laugh.”
Speaking of having a laugh… Shobna Gulati shocked in a couture dress, especially made for her by Sharon Bowen.
The bright green creation with black ruffled bottom teamed with bright pink shoes certainly stood out on the cobbles!
Kym Marsh looked beautiful in a classic, black Roland Mouret dress while Katherine Kelly chose an off-the-shoulder purple number.
Samia Smith was proudly supporting the high street in an elegant, cream gown from Whistles, but confessed she had a makeup disaster before hand which nearly ruined her outfit.
Not to be outdone. The girls were keen to point out that new boy Chris Fountain and Alan Halsall also scrubbed up well in their suits.
