The rest of the media has moved on from the Chris Hansen sex scandal, but the Enquirer still has some more dirt, this time in the form of "exclusive" nude photos Hansen sent to the phone of his mistress.

It's times like this when I wish a scandal like the one that happened at News of the World in the U.K. could happen over here and we could see one of these rags crash and burn in the space of a week.

Welcome to gossip hell, Patti Davis! The 58 year old daughter of Ronald and Nancy Reagan is obviously upset that her brother Ron could give mom an aneurysm with his statement that Dad had Alzheimer's while in office, so she tries to give Nancy Dearest a full myocardial infarction by posing nude.

The low rent Examiner says the stunt had its intended effect and Nancy collapsed.

Stuff is always ruining her life. She's such a drama queen. Hon, just realize your kids hate you and move on with your life.

Fresh trash on Thursdays! Weekly Life & Style makes a bid to cut through the standard clutter associated with supermarket rag covers this week. Just one story on the front with just one picture, a naked and pregnant Mariah Carey.

This is not the first nude and pregnant celebrity on the cover of a magazine. Demi Moore did the same thing twenty years ago on the cover of Vanity Fair, and there have been pregnant nudes of Claudia Schiffer on Vogue and Britney Spears on Harper's Bazaar. But you will notice that none of those other publications is one of The Only Ten Magazines That Matter. Because this is an interesting editorial decision for a gossip rag, this is the only update I'm going to do on Thursday morning, when I usually do three or four to ring in the new gossip week.
