Fresh trash on Thursdays! The Enquirer says a "pal" of O.J.'s has reported that O.J. confessed to the murders from seventeen years ago when he talked recently to Oprah Winfrey.

It's complete horseshit. Oprah denies it up and down.

When you think that those murders happened seventeen years ago, do you feel a little old? Yeah, me too.

2011 -- a three-day cable expo at McCormick Place -- will feature appearances by Oprah Winfrey, Kelsey Grammer and cast members from Starz's "Torchwood: Miracle Day" and "Camelot."

Winfrey will sit down with Paula Zahn at the Cable Show on June 16 to discuss her OWN Network. Grammer and actress Connie Nielsen will be appearing at the Cable Show on June 14 to discuss their upcoming Starz Entertainment show "Boss," which has been filming in Chicago.


Cast members from Starz's "Torchwood: Miracle Day" (Eve Myles, Alexa Havins and Arlene Tur) and "Camelot" (Diarmaid Murtagh and Peter Mooney) will appear at the expo on June 14 and 15 respectively.

O Costume Institute Gala - a estória por detrás do tapete vermelho

Já havia falado sobre essa festa há tempos atrás, mas não custa nada lembrar. O Costume Institute Gala é uma festa (de gala, né) curada pelo Metropolitan Museum de New York. Uma das seções do museu é o Costume Institute, onde exibições de peças de roupa e tudo mais relacionado à moda são organizadas regularmente. A organização da festa angaria fundos para a manutenção do Costume Institute, e já há alguns anos é co-organizado por Anna Wintour, a toda-poderosa da moda e editora-chefe da Vogue US.

A festa é sempre temática e traz uma exibição especial, e nesse ano o tema foi "American Women: Fashionising a national identity". A exibição, que começará dia 05 de maio e ficará até o dia 15 de agosto, vai mostrar conteúdo da Costume Collection do novo museu do Brooklyn. A exposição quer olhar com maior percepção às mulheres norte-americanas no período de 1890 a 1940, e como essas mulheres influenciaram a percepção da mulher moderna nos Estados Unidos.
