And the 38-year-old paid homage to the urban chic of Berlin, where the screening was being held at the CineStar Sony Centre, by ditching her trademark short hems for a classy black jumpsuit.
Recent pit-stops in Madrid and Moscow have seen the sexy blonde showing off her super-stems to maximum effect.
But this tuxedo take on the jumpsuit was a fitting choice for the hip city - and unlikely to get Diaz a detention.
Earlier in the day, however, it'd had been business as usual for the leggy star as she displayed her perfect pins on the roof at the Adlon Hotel
And in the film, they're omnipresent as Cameron plays a flesh-flashing, booze-guzzling, pot-smoking, foul-mouthed teacher.
Her character, seventh grade teacher Elizabeth Halsey, tries to get out of the classroom for good by wooing a rich substitute teacher, played by her ex Timberlake.
Cameron has spoken about the ease with which the couple gelled on screen, despite having called it quits as a couple four years ago.
She told Graham Norton on his BBC show tonight: 'I don’t think I could have achieved it with a guy I didn’t know and didn’t know where the boundaries were but it is so clearly defined between Justin and I because we’re such good friends and we’ve been there and done that.'
'We love each other as friends and we love to laugh together,' she continued. 'Making a movie together was great. It was heaven.'
A trailer for the film, directed by Jake Kasdan, shows her going to great lengths to do this, including starting a 'boob fund' so she can pay for breast enlargement surgery.
In between her busy working schedule Cameron has found time to spend with her boyfriend Alex Rodriquez, putting paid to rumours of a split.
The pair were particularly tactile last week as they climbed aboard his private jet in Miami and were seen stroking each other and giggling together.
This short trip followed a very cosy weekend the pair shared in L.A, where Cameron was engaged with publicity for her new movie.
The reports of their split were quashed when the couple spent time together at West Hollywood's Soho House, at the MTV Movie Awards after party.

And in her bid to maintain her amazing figure the actress was hitting the gym in London when she ran into Prince William.
