Once again Christopher Bailey manages to put Burberry in the forefront of fashion through his marketing strategies aimed at innovation. They were the first ones to broadcast online their catwalks live, and now Burberry is the first to create an interactive campaign for their autumn/winter 2010-11 collection. Through the company's website consumers will be able to control what they see and the perspective of their view of products, models and the campaign itself. They will also be able to interact through the company's Twitter, Facebook and Youtube channels. Just have a peek at Christopher's video explaining the campaign above and see what's it all about. It seems that the investment in this new form of campaigning was huge; but if it repeats the sucess of Christopher's previous ideas, it'll also have a huge payoff. We just have to wait and see if the fashion world follows suit.
